Our Approach
A Race For Unity is dedicated to developing Third Option Cities, which has two major phases
LEARN IT:
This consists of ensuring organizations learn the principles of the Third Option Similarity Training which are committed to honoring and elevating the value of that which we all have in common. This is done through our ‘Train the Trainers’ program that certifies individuals and organizations to teach the Third Option Similarity training.
LIVE IT:
It is not good enough to simply learn principles of racial equality, but we must put them into practice.
The Third Option Similarity Training provides everyone with a personalize developmental plan and directs organizations to serve their community as a part of the transformation process.
